Kind, caring and excellent all round. Everything was explained thoroughly, and in terms I could understand. Dr Ram was extremely thorough and took his time with my elderly cat, (she is nearly 17). After leaving the surgery he called us twice for follow up. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
